Job Description Purpose:
As a media production specialist with the Civic Affairs team you will have the opportunity to help support a new web based civic engagement experience for Target team members. The media production specialist will help conceptualize and create graphic and user interface solutions for internal and external applications within the legal pyramid. Responsibilities will include daily website maintenance, videotaping and video editing, social media content development, and coordination with internal and external partners to source content for all interfaces.

Coordinating podcast production and implementation, including filming and editing of video content
Updating and adding content to the Target Government Affairs advocacy website
Coordinating with the Civic Affairs team to develop a process for others to submit content for the website
Creating best practices for the Civic Affairs team to utilize as our web presence grows and changes through benchmarking and research
Continuously reviewing all web content and working with internal business partners to identify and edit or write new content, edit and post new photography, and post online video
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
2-5 years experience
Experience with video, both filming and editing using Final Cut
Knowledge or experience with content management systems (e.g., Joomla, Mambo, Word Press, Textpattern, and Expression Engine)
Working understanding of HTML and CSS
Strong written communication skills
Portfolio demonstrating command of interactive design and ability to create strong web user interfaces, interactive media and web tools and applications
Ability to work quickly and independently
