Agility Inc is the logistics partner for the VSE Team, one of the awardees of the Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Agility is soliciting personnel to support a FIRST task order with a place of performance at Ft Bragg, NC. Agility is responsible for managing warehouse and distribution operations that provide logistics support to all maintenance functions supporting the Ft Bragg military installation. Agility is soliciting a Materials Control Supervisor responsible for overall stock control support operating out of Ft Bragg.
Position Summary:
Agility’s Materials Control Supervisor is responsible for all stock control functions in support of a FIRST task order supporting operations on the Ft Bragg military installation. The Materials Control Supervisor will have stock control responsibility for a consolidated warehouse operation. The Materials Control Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring proper personnel and assets are in place to support specific SOW requirements and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager and US Government Accountable Officer to ensure the accurate receipt/storage of and fluid, flexible distribution of Army equipment, repair parts, materials and supplies.
Key Result Areas (Responsibilities)
1. Manage Stock Control Operations at a Multi-Class Supply Support Activity (SSA) or a Contractor Support Materials Management Center.
Manage the daily operations of the stock control section, as well as provide oversight and guidance in the receipt, storage, and distribution of all material assets within the Support Activity’s supported area.
* Assigns duties, instructs, and supervises subordinates in proper work techniques and procedures.
* Plans and analyzes operational data and reports to ascertain degree of conformity with established policies, work standards, and procedural directives.
* Supervises preparation of materiel control and accounting input for data processing and reviews output documents.
* Inspects and evaluates inventory management activities.
* Directs supply personnel in performance of supply, warehousing and inventory control functions.
* Analyzes statistical data to determine effectiveness of technical edit. Reconciles problems in automated supply accounting system.
* Manages distribution and filing of receipt, issue, turn-in and salvage records for all classes of supply except Class III (Bulk), Class V and Class VIII.
* Ensures compliance with current regulations and directives pertaining to financial inventory, accounting, and stock funding.
* Implements and manages an effective customer service program
* Enforces adherence to published SOPs, Army Regulations, DA Pamphlets, DCP Procedures and Processes, etc.
* Prepares reports on materials, supplies and equipment availability, storage space, relocation of materiel, and Material Release Denials (MRDs).
* Supervises performance of causative research and prepares documentation to support Inventory Adjustment Reports (IARs)
* Serves as warehouse foreman.
2. TRAINING AND SUPERVISION
Perform needed training as required.
1. Perform annual training as required for efficiency and compliance.
2. As available, develop or train personnel on all aspects of warehouse operations.
3. SUPPORTING AUDITS
Oversees the support needed for audits conducted pertinent to project controls.

Communication and Working Relationships
* Reports to the Project Program/General Manager
* Supervision of: Approximately 5-15 workers of various job descriptions (may fluctuate due to work flow)
Framework, Boundaries, Decision Making Authority and Responsibility
* Responsible for all assigned logistics operations.
* Authority will be established by the Task Order Logistics Services Director.
Job Requirements :
Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Minimum 10 years of Army logistics related knowledge and/or training.
* Experience must include at least 5 years of CONUS management work.
* Skill and knowledge of asset management, warehouse processes, and distribution administration are required.
* Cargo documentation and logistical movement control experience. Past supervisory experience in freight customs, receipt, storage and issue,
* Associate’s degree in a logistic or management discipline considered a plus, but not required.
* Skill and knowledge in analyzing and evaluating SARSS Daily Performance Reports, SARSS Manager Reports, SARSS Manager Error Listing, In-Transit Visibility Reports, Defense Transportation System reports, quality control, and traffic management functions.
* Proven technical experience in the interpretation and use of Standard Army Management Information Systems, i.e. SARSS, ILAP, LIW, MROCS, Exceed, SAP or other WMS..
* Experience in a CONUS Army environment is desired. A former Army Quartermaster Corps 92A E-6 with SARSS experience or a Logistics Supervisor with LOGCAP III Warehouse Management experience is a plus.
* Secret Clearance eligible
